SpellCast  - FictionAlley's Official Harry Potter Podcast - "Your Vocal Source for Fan Creativity and Fandom News! Get Charmed."

MuggleCast - Definitely the biggest and most popular HP podcast.  Has lots of hosts and is fun to listen to.  Associated with MuggleNet.

Pottercast - Second biggest HP podcast and fairly popular.  Tends to have more interviews with actors/directors/other people associated with the movies or books than other HP podcasts.  Associated with the Leaky Cauldron.

Harry Potter Prognostications Podcast - General Harry Potter podcast -
